1,000 Word Submission for ALL Categories
Entrants are asked not to submit any hard copy supplementary information / appendices with their entry, but to use the criteria to formulate ideally a PDF or a Microsoft Word entry of maximum 1,000 words (please note that a PDF entry file is preferred please).
Statistics, spread sheets, graphs, pictures, articles, promotional collateral, web links to online videos etc. can be embedded into the PDF / Word document. Please note that all support material - including research, statistics, graphs, pictures, screen grabs etc. is in addition to your core 1,000 words and does not therefore count towards your total word count.
However, please note that the entry must be a maximum of 5 x A4 pages in length, the total file size must not exceed 5Mb and one file only per individual entry may be submitted. If your file size exceeds 5Mb, then your entry will be disqualified.
Please note that one file ONLY may be attached for each individual entry, so it is important to ensure that your single entry file is complete, checked and contains all the required information, pictures, data and links before you begin the online submission process - duplicate entries with additional files will not be accepted and will be deleted.
IMPORTANT: Once you have pressed "Send Your Entry" please allow time for your Supporting Entry Document to upload to the site - this may take some minutes depending on your document's size (less than 5MB only). You will be redirected to our thank you page once this process has completed and you should also receive a confirmation email with your entry details.
The Judging Process
Totally Gaming Awards 2013 is an independent Awards event, produced by specialists Beyond Media Services. An independent panel of industry experts will be recruited to ensure that the finalists and winners are truly worthy of picking up the Totally Gaming Awards trophy.
Each criteria has been weighted with an equal allocation of points. There are 5 entry criteria with a maximum of 20 points each, making the highest possible points score of 100. Entrants will be asked to compile their entries against the criteria provided and to demonstrate within their entry, their achievements in each specific area.
The resulting scores will then be ranked and the highest scoring companies in each category will be rewarded as Finalists, with the Winner in each category being announced live at Totally Gaming Awards on Monday 04 February 2013 at The East Wintergarden, Canary Wharf.
If the judges feel that the specified criteria have not been addressed fully then entries may not be applicable to go forward to the judging process or best case, will be scored down. All Criteria should be based on actions and results taken place in the last 12 months. The total scores, and the scores by criteria, will be available for each entrant on request.
To ensure absolute fair play, judges will be allocated to specific categories ensuring any conflict of interests are observed and avoided.
